- Promote and sell chocolate-based confectionery to customers, achieving monthly sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory, maintain shop cleanliness, and ensure visually appealing product displays.
- Stay updated on new products and promotions, handling customer inquiries, complaints, and order processing efficiently.
PERSONAL PROFILE
Passed G.C.E Advanced Level.
- Strong communication skills to effectively handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Proficient in basic computer literacy and capable of using MS Office tools for reporting.
- Ability to multitask efficiently and perform well under pressure.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a food and beverage outlet.
