RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
Provide accurate information on products, orders, and services.
Resolve customer inquiries with a positive and professional approach.
Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
G.C.E Advanced Level or equivalent qualification
Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is a plus)
Proven experience in customer service is an added advantage
Familiarity with CRM systems and Social Media Platforms
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
A friendly and empathetic personality with a customer-oriented focus
