 IT ASSISTANT
(IT H/W & Network Related Only)

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and maintaining basic network hardware and software under supervision
• Provide first-level support to end-users for network connectivity and IT hardware/software
• Perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting on network devices such as switches, routers, and wireless access points
• Help maintain network documentation, including device configurations and connection
• Prepare and maintain IT documentary/Inventory Related tasks
• Learn and support the implementation of IT projects in Various Departments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Higher Diploma in a related field
• Must have 1-3 years of experience supporting end-user IT issues
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent English communication skills and a collaborative team player
• Male candidate, age 23-35 years
• IT interns or IT Software/Development Interns will not be selected for this position.
