Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal users on system issues/providing system training/system updates
  • Responsible for inventory management
  • Monitor system updates and highlight branches that require special attention
  • Assist merchants with system related concerns and Coordinate with management team to provide solutions
  • Collaborate with continuous process streamlining to increase efficiency and identify areas where automation can be introduced.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 Passes in GCE Advanced Level
  • Part or fully qualified with a degree/ professional qualification in a relevant field
  • IT literacy
  • Energetic and outgoing personality with good communication skills (written and verbal).
