The selected candidate will be responsible for,

  • Technical support & trouble shooting.
  • Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software and network issues.
  • Install, configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices.
  • Assist users with account setup and maintenance.
  • Respond to technical support calls, emails and face-to-face requests.
  • Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN) and Wi-Fi connectivity.
  • Perform basic server room tasks.
  • Install and update operating systems drivers and business applications.
  • Ensure adherence to company IT policies and security practices.
  • Help maintain endpoint security and data backup processes.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Diploma or NVQ Level 4/5 in Information Technology, Computer Hardware, Networking or a related field.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in IT will be an added advantage, but is not compulsory.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users.
  • Good problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in an IT career.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
