Seeking a career in Information Technology? Nanotek Computer Solutions is expanding its technical team in Colombo. We are looking for a dedicated PC Build Assistant with expertise in Computer Hardware assembly and troubleshooting.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Good knowledge of PC components and gaming/workstation builds
- Passion for PC hardware and technology
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Basic understanding of pricing and product compatibility
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Previous experience in PC building or IT sales is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate quotations for custom PC builds based on customer requirements
- Recommend suitable components (CPU, GPU, RAM, storage, etc.)
- Assist customers in selecting the best configurations within their budget
- Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams for stock availability
- Stay updated with latest PC hardware trends and pricing
- Support showroom team with customer inquiries related to PC builds
- Ensure all quotations are clear, detailed, and professional
